Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) help oversee residents’ health needs with
professionalism and compassion. They assist with medication administration, monitor changes
in condition, coordinate with physicians, maintain accurate records, and respond promptly to
health-related concerns. Their role helps support safe, attentive care for every resident.
Medication Technicians (Med Techs) Our Medication Technicians help ensure medications are prepared and administered safely
under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. They maintain accurate documentation, observe
residents for any side effects or changes, and communicate concerns promptly. Their careful
attention and consistency are an important part of supporting resident well-being.
Caregivers Our caregivers provide hands-on support with daily routines while building genuine relationships
with residents. They assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and mealtime needs,
while also offering companionship, encouragement, and emotional support. Their presence
helps residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home.
Activity Director Our Activity Director creates engaging programs that support residents’ physical, mental, and
social well-being. From fitness sessions and creative activities to games and community
gatherings, each program is designed to encourage connection, participation, and enjoyment in
everyday life.
Dietary Staff Our Dietary Staff prepare nutritious, balanced meals based on residents’ dietary needs and
personal preferences. They follow food safety standards, accommodate special diets when
needed, and help create a welcoming dining experience that supports both health and comfort.
Maintenance Team Our Maintenance Team helps keep the community safe, clean, and running smoothly each day.
They handle repairs, monitor building systems, perform safety checks, and maintain the
grounds to ensure a comfortable and secure environment for residents, families, and staff.
